This Privacy Policy explains how ZAPMART L.L.C-FZ® ("ZapMart," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use www.zap-mart.com, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL").

We collect only the personal data necessary to fulfill your order and provide support, including: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order history, and payment confirmation details (we do not store your full card number — this is handled directly by our payment processor).

We use your data to: process and deliver your order, provide customer and warranty support, communicate order updates, and, only with your separate consent, send you marketing communications. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what it was collected for.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We retain your order and account data for as long as your account is active, and for a minimum of 5 years afterward in accordance with UAE commercial record-keeping requirements. You may request earlier deletion under Section 7, subject to this legal retention obligation.

Under the PDPL, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, request a portable copy of your data, restrict how we process your data, and object to your data being used for marketing or automated decision-making at any time. We will never use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit, separate consent, in line with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.
