Sales Terms & Conditions – ZapMart®

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern all purchases made through www.zap-mart.com ("ZapMart", "we", "us"), operated by ZAPMART L.L.C-FZ®, registered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) under trade license number 2417301.01, issued by Meydan-Free Zone, with registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only upon dispatch or digital delivery of the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, fraud suspicion, or breach of these T&Cs.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occur. If we identify a material error, we reserve the right to cancel or revise the order. All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) unless otherwise stated. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Use Restrictions

Products purchased from ZapMart® are intended for personal or internal business use within the UAE or applicable country of delivery. You agree not to resell, export, or use products for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, and other secure methods offered at checkout. Payment authorization must be received before order fulfillment. ZapMart® does not store card details. All transactions are processed via encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateway.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and third-party logistics constraints. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the designated address. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import regulations, which are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the product:

• Is in unused, original condition;
• Is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Returns must be authorized in advance via support@zap-mart.com. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of return acceptance. Non-returnable items include software licenses, opened hygiene-related electronics (e.g., earphones, smartwatches), and customized products.

Note: This 7-day return window is separate from, and does not limit, your product warranty. See Section 8.

8. Warranty

All products are covered by a minimum 1-year warranty. Full coverage details, exclusions, and the claims process are set out on our Warranty page. Warranty claims must be supported with the original invoice and the product's serial number.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these T&Cs excludes or limits any liability, or any right you hold, that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UAE Consumer Protection Legislation, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, ZapMart's® total liability arising from your order, whether in contract, warranty, or tort, is limited to the value of the product purchased, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of data or loss of use.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, and supply chain disruptions.

11. Export & Regulatory Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable UAE and international export control laws. Products may not be sold or transferred to restricted countries or individuals under UAE or international sanctions.

12. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate order and contact information;
• Ensuring compatibility of the product with your systems and environment;
• Retaining proof of purchase for warranty and return processing.

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and intellectual property on www.zap-mart.com are owned by or licensed to ZapMart and may not be used without prior written consent.

14. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data you provide (such as your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history) to fulfill your order, manage your account, and provide customer support, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting support@zap-mart.com. 15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these T&Cs at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
