ZAPPO® Product Warranty

ZapMart® stands behind every ZAPPO® product. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality, transparency, and your peace of mind.

1. Warranty Coverage Period

All ZAPPO®-branded products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Hardware component failures (motherboard, display, keyboard, ports)
  • Manufacturing defects present at or arising from the point of production
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) units — products that fail to function upon first use
  • Battery defects (where the battery fails to hold charge due to a manufacturing fault, not normal degradation)

All warranty service is managed directly by ZapMart® as the exclusive brand owner of ZAPPO®, through our network of authorized and trained service partners across the UAE.

3. Resolution Process

If your product is confirmed defective under this warranty, ZapMart® will follow this order of resolution:

  1. Repair — If the fault is repairable, we will repair the unit and return it to you.
  2. Replace — If the unit cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new or equivalent unit.
  3. Refund — If a replacement unit is not available in stock, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price.

4. How to Claim Warranty Service

  1. Contact our support team at support@zap-mart.com or via WhatsApp with your order number, product serial number, and a description of the fault.
  2. Our team will verify eligibility and provide you with a designated return address and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided. Shipping to and from the service address is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing by ZapMart®.
  4. Once received, our authorized service partner will inspect, diagnose, and proceed per the Resolution Process above.
  5. You will be notified of the outcome and expected turnaround.

Proof of purchase (original invoice or order confirmation) and the product's serial number are required for all warranty claims.

5. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Liquid damage, physical damage, or damage from unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery capacity degradation over time, cosmetic scratches)
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair, disassembly, or servicing
  • Software issues, data loss, or third-party software/hardware incompatibility
  • Products with a removed, altered, or illegible serial number
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or outside the UAE

6. Warranty Limitations

  • This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  • Warranty service is available within the United Arab Emirates.
  • This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental losses (e.g., data loss, loss of use).
  • ZapMart® liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
  • This warranty gives you specific rights under UAE consumer protection law. You may also have additional rights depending on your emirate.

7. Authorized Service Partners

All ZAPPO® warranty repairs are carried out exclusively by ZapMart®-authorized service partners who are trained and certified to work on ZAPPO® products. Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties will void this warranty.
